The Inside Sales Representatives’ role is to drive our customer’s sales pipelines. You will work with your team to achieve our customer’s deliverables. You will help to assess whether marketing strategy, messaging and leads are resonating with our customer’s prospects. You will also be responsible for identifying, qualifying, tracking and nurturing leads via phone and email campaigns.
- • Identify qualified leads and contact leads via email and phone
- • Introduce customer’s solutions to potential decision makers
- • Arrange meetings with customer’s sales professionals
- • Assess customer messaging and targeted lead requirements
- • Meet with customers on a weekly basis to discuss and assess sales goals and meetings
- • Document all sales activity in CRM system, Salesforce.com
- • Successful in relationship building
