Develop Project Plan

  • Establish specific sales goals and meeting/discussion objectives
  • Review your current and future marketing campaigns to determine relevancy to the inside sales meeting objectives
  • Identify and qualify meeting prospect’s profiles based on specified agreed upon demographics
  • Assess your lead database and generate additional lead lists, if required

Plan Set Up

  • Create custom designed email templates, talking points and questions that accurately reflect your messaging and meeting goals – you review and approve
  • Specify collateral materials, videos, and/or links that will be included in emails
  • Set up and populate CRM system with predetermined # of qualified leads
  • Train dedicated Inside Sales team and Team Lead on your product

Plan Implementation

  • Team leader and dedicated inside sales people meet with client’s sales professionals to review monthly meeting goals and travel plans
  • Dedicated inside sales people:

    • Contact prospects and/or customers via phone and email
    • Communicate and document all calls, conversations, leads, appointments, materials, and activity in CRM system
    • Generate weekly activity metric reports, including input by client’s sales professionals for each meeting and conversation details with prospect
    • Attend weekly meetings to discuss prospect discussion and meeting results
    • Review and assess performance metrics against plan objectives
